Becoming caught like a fly on sticky paper in the cycles (revolutions) of anger at injustice is destructive. Finding ways to learn what we need to know/do to solve problems to be restored (or brought for the first time ever) to an inner state of peaceful calm – as individuals, as nations, as a species — is the end goal.

My first 9 months were, I believe, trauma free. Had they not been, I do not believe I would have survived the next 18 years that followed my birth – let alone lived to this ripening age of 60.
